A: Please confirm your iPad model and size before ordering, such as iPad, iPad Air, iPad Pro, or iPad mini, as well as the corresponding year or screen size. The size, camera position, button position, and magnetic attachment position may vary by iPad model. Please select the correct model before placing your order.

Q2: How can I check my iPad model?

A: You can check the model name or model number by going to Settings > General > About on your iPad. You may also check the model information on the back of the device. Please make sure the model matches the option selected on the product page before purchasing.

Q3: Is the iPad case compatible with all iPad models?

A: No. Each iPad case is designed for specific models only. Even if two models are similar in size, different generations may vary in camera position, buttons, speakers, magnetic attachment, or body thickness, so compatibility cannot be guaranteed.

Q4: Does the case include an Apple Pencil holder?

A: All current THE HOOD iPad cases include an Apple Pencil holder. The holder size is designed according to the specific iPad model and the Apple Pencil specifications supported by that model. Since third-party Apple Pencils may vary in size, magnetic position, or shape, full compatibility with non-original Apple Pencils cannot be guaranteed.

Q5: Does the case support auto sleep / wake functionality?

A: All current THE HOOD iPad cases support auto sleep and wake functionality. If the function does not work after receiving the product, please first confirm that the selected iPad model is correct and that the case has been installed properly. If the issue remains, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Q6: Can the case be used as a stand?

A: All current THE HOOD iPad cases support stand use and are suitable for everyday video viewing, typing, drawing, or work. The stand angles, stability, thickness, and usage method may vary by case style. Please refer to the product images and description for details.

Q7: Does the iPad case provide drop protection?

A: The iPad case mainly provides everyday protection against scratches, dirt, impact, and minor drops. It can help reduce the risk of damage during daily use, but it cannot fully prevent damage caused by drops from height, heavy pressure, or strong impact.

Q8: How should I clean the iPad case?

A: We recommend gently wiping the case with a soft slightly damp cloth, disinfecting wipes, or a cleaning product with an alcohol concentration of no more than 75%. Please avoid high-concentration alcohol, bleach, corrosive cleaners, or rough cleaning tools, as they may affect the surface material or printed design.

Q9: Can I clean the case with alcohol for a long time?
A: We do not recommend frequently or repeatedly wiping the same area with alcohol. Even if the alcohol concentration is no more than 75%, long-term or excessive use may still cause the surface coating, printed design, or material to wear, discolor, or age.

Q10: Will the case affect buttons, speakers, or charging?

A: The case is designed with openings according to the specified iPad model, so it should not affect the use of buttons, speakers, camera, or charging under normal circumstances. If the wrong model is selected, the openings may not align, charging may be affected, or the case may not fit properly.

Q11: Will the case deform or show wear after some time?

A: After long-term use, the case may show normal wear, creases, scratches, or slight deformation due to folding, friction, hand sweat, dust, sunlight exposure, or the usage environment. Please avoid heavy pressure, excessive bending, or long-term storage in high-temperature environments.

Q12: Can I return or exchange the item if I ordered the wrong iPad model?

A: Please make sure the selected iPad model is correct before ordering. If the wrong model is selected by the customer, it is generally not considered a quality issue. Returns and exchanges are subject to THE HOOD’s return and exchange policy.
