Phone Case Recycling Program

With frequent device upgrades and ever-changing styles, phone cases are often replaced long before they’re worn out. Over time, they’re left unused, tucked away in drawers, or discarded without a second thought.

At The Hood, we believe good design should do more than look good. It should be made with intention, responsibility, and respect for what already exists. That belief led us to create the Phone Case Recycling Program — a way to give replaced phone cases a more thoughtful next step.

Through proper recycling and responsible handling, we aim to offer a more sustainable approach to upgrading your everyday essentials. It’s not about stopping upgrades. It’s about making each refresh a little more considered — so updating your phone can feel just as good as it looks.

How It Works

Step 1

Comment on the designated Instagram / Facebook post (@thehoodproduction):

“I want to recycle my case”

Step 2

Follow our instructions to send back any old phone case (any brand, any style).

Step 3

Once we receive and verify the item, you’ll receive your exclusive 40% OFF discount code.

Recycling Program – Terms & Conditions

Customers must first contact The Hood via Facebook or Instagram Direct Message to confirm shipping details before sending their phone case(s) for recycling. A unique redemption code will be issued after verification.
Customers may send any phone case, regardless of brand or purchase source, to participate in this campaign.
For identification purposes, customers must clearly include their name, contact phone number, and email inside the recycling parcel. If a parcel is received without sufficient identification, The Hood may be unable to verify the sender, and the phone case(s) will be directly processed for recycling without eligibility for the promotion.
Once the returned phone case(s) are received and verified as eligible for this campaign, The Hood will provide a unique discount code entitling the customer to 40% OFF the purchase of a new phone case.
Each recycled phone case entitles the customer to 40% OFF one (1) new phone case.
A maximum of two (2) phone cases may be recycled per customer, allowing up to 40% OFF two (2) new phone cases.
Shipping costs for sending the phone case(s) to The Hood for recycling shall be borne by the customer.
Customers may choose to send the items via standard mail or courier service at their discretion.
This promotion is valid for phone cases only and is not applicable to other products.
Each customer may participate in this campaign once only.
This promotion is valid until 5 February 2026.
The Hood reserves the right to verify eligibility, reject invalid submissions, and amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
This offer is only valid on full-priced products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or coupon codes.
