- Hong Kong: Usually 1–2 business days after dispatch. Available Hong Kong delivery methods include SF Express, JD Express, SF Store, and SF Locker. A suitable courier will be arranged based on the order details, delivery address, and actual shipping conditions.
- International Standard Shipping: Usually 7–20 business days after dispatch.
- International Express Shipping: Usually 3–6 business days after dispatch.
International delivery is available by Standard Shipping or Express Shipping. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs clearance, public holidays, and other external factors.

Order Changes
If you need to change your order, please email enquiry@thehoodproduction.com within 24 hours after placing your order. Once an order has been processed, personalized, or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

A: Please confirm your AirPods model before ordering, such as AirPods, AirPods 3, AirPods 4, AirPods Pro, AirPods Pro 2, or AirPods Pro 3. The size, charging case shape, opening positions, and connector hook design may vary by model. Please select the correct model before placing your order.
Q2: Is the AirPods case compatible with all AirPods models?
A: No. Each AirPods case is designed for a specific model only. Even if different generations look similar, the charging case size and detailed positions may vary, so they are not interchangeable.
Q3: Will the case affect charging?
A: Most AirPods cases will not affect daily charging. If you use wireless charging, the actual charging performance may vary depending on the charger output, placement, case thickness, or material.
Q4: Does the case support wireless charging?
A: This depends on whether your AirPods charging case supports wireless charging. If your AirPods charging case supports wireless charging, it can generally be charged with the protective case installed. Please make sure the case is properly aligned on the charger.
Q5: Does the AirPods case come with a connector hook?
A: This depends on the selected model. Cases for AirPods, AirPods 3, AirPods Pro, and AirPods Pro 2 include a connector hook design. Cases for AirPods 4 and AirPods Pro 3 do not include a connector hook. Please refer to the product images and selected model details.
Q6: Will the case become loose easily?
A: The case is made according to the corresponding AirPods model and should securely fit the charging case under normal use. Please make sure the top and bottom parts are properly aligned and fully installed to avoid looseness caused by incorrect installation.
Q7: Can I clean the printed design with alcohol?
A: We do not recommend using alcohol, disinfectant alcohol, corrosive cleaners, or strong cleaning products on the printed design, as this may affect the printed surface or cause fading, peeling, or stickiness. Please use a soft dry cloth or a slightly damp cloth to gently wipe the surface.
Q8: Does the AirPods case provide drop protection?
A: The AirPods case mainly provides everyday protection against scratches, dirt, and minor impact. It can help reduce the risk of surface scratches and daily bumps, but it cannot fully prevent damage caused by drops from height, heavy pressure, or accidental impact.
Q9: Will the case discolor or show wear over time?
A: Any protective case may show normal wear, discoloration, or scratches over time due to friction, hand sweat, dust, sunlight exposure, or the usage environment. Please avoid long-term friction with keys, hard objects, or rough surfaces.
Q10: Can I return or exchange the item if I ordered the wrong model?
A: Please make sure the selected model is correct before ordering. If the wrong model is selected by the customer, it is generally not considered a quality issue. Returns and exchanges are subject to THE HOOD’s return and exchange policy. If the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact customer service as soon as possible with your order number and photos.
