The MagSafe-compatible magnetic wireless charging feature allows it to align perfectly with your iPhone, supporting wireless outputs of 5W, 7.5W, 10W, and 15W for efficient cable-free charging. This power bank is more than just practical; its exclusive printed designs on both front and back make it a stylish statement piece that complements your everyday look.

Compact and lightweight, it measures only 106×69.8×16.8mm and weighs 186g, making it easy to slip into your pocket or bag. Certified with CCC, CE, FCC, and RoHS, it ensures global compliance and peace of mind for safe daily use.

This power bank uses a Li-polymer battery (126280) with a capacity of 10,000mAh (38.5Wh). The USB-C input supports 5V3A and 9V2A, while the wired output supports 5V3A, 9V2.22A, and 12V1.67A. The wireless output ranges from 5W to 15W, and the outer material features an elegant ABS matte finish.

As power banks contain batteries, THE HOOD currently ships power banks only to Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China. Shipping to other international destinations is currently unavailable.

Orders are normally dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Pre-order items or products requiring special arrangements may require additional processing time.

Hong Kong delivery normally takes around 1–2 business days after dispatch. Available Hong Kong delivery methods include SF Express, JD Express, SF Store, and SF Locker. A suitable courier will be arranged based on the order details, delivery address, and actual shipping conditions. Hong Kong delivery starts from HKD10.

Macau orders will be shipped by SF Express. The shipping fee is HKD30. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address, courier arrangement, public holidays, and other external factors.

Mainland China orders will be shipped from our Shenzhen warehouse in Mainland China by SF Express land transport. The shipping fee is HKD20. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier arrangement, customs clearance, public holidays, and other external factors.

Q3: Does the power bank support magnetic charging?
A: Yes. THE HOOD power banks are equipped with magnetic charging functionality and can attach to phones or magnetic phone cases that support magnetic charging. The actual magnetic strength may vary depending on the phone model, case thickness, magnetic ring position, and material.

Q4: Does it support MagSafe?
A: Models with magnetic charging can be used with MagSafe-compatible phones or MagSafe-compatible phone cases. For better magnetic attachment, we recommend using a phone case with a built-in magnetic ring.

Q5: Why does the charging speed vary?
A: Charging speed can be affected by many factors, including the phone’s remaining battery level, phone temperature, whether the phone is being used while charging, charging protocol, phone model, charging cable, wireless charging alignment, and ambient temperature. When the phone battery is already high, the temperature is high, or the phone is being used while charging, the system may automatically reduce charging speed to protect the battery.

Q6: Is it normal for magnetic wireless charging to be slower than wired charging?
A: Yes. In general, wired charging is faster and more stable than wireless charging. Magnetic wireless charging is designed mainly for convenience, portability, and easier alignment. Actual charging speed may vary depending on the phone and usage conditions.

Q7: Can I use my phone while it is charging?
A: Yes, but using your phone while charging may cause both the phone and power bank to become warmer, and it may also affect charging speed. For long gaming sessions, video recording, or heavy power usage, we recommend pausing use or switching to wired charging.

Q8: Is it normal for the power bank to get warm during use?
A: Slight warmth during charging or discharging is normal, especially during fast charging or wireless charging. If you notice abnormal heat, swelling, odor, deformation, leakage, or failure to charge properly, stop using the product immediately and contact customer service.

Q9: Can I bring the power bank on a plane?
A: THE HOOD power banks comply with applicable safety requirements, and the qualified specifications are clearly marked on the product or packaging. In general, they can be carried onboard in carry-on baggage.

According to aviation safety regulations, power banks usually cannot be placed in checked luggage and must be carried with you. Requirements for capacity, quantity, and carrying methods may vary by airline and region. We recommend confirming with your airline before departure.

A phone case without a magnetic ring may affect both attachment and charging performance.

Q12: What is not covered by the warranty?
A: The warranty does not cover human-caused damage, accidental drops, water damage, unauthorized disassembly, incorrect use, improper charging, surface scratches, normal wear and tear, natural battery aging, or damage caused by using non-standard accessories.
