• Hong Kong: Usually 1–2 business days after dispatch. Available Hong Kong delivery methods include SF Express, JD Express, SF Store, and SF Locker. A suitable courier will be arranged based on the order details, delivery address, and actual shipping conditions.
• International Standard Shipping: Usually 7–20 business days after dispatch.
• International Express Shipping: Usually 3–6 business days after dispatch.

International delivery is available by Standard Shipping or Express Shipping. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs clearance, public holidays, and other external factors.

Even if some MacBook models have similar screen sizes, their body thickness, port positions, hinge design, and case dimensions may be different. If the wrong model is selected, the case may not fit properly or may affect normal use.

You may also check the model information printed on the bottom of your MacBook or view the device information in System Settings. Please make sure the model, size, and year match the product page option before purchasing.

Q3: Is this MacBook case compatible with all MacBook models?
A: No. This case is only compatible with selected MacBook Air and MacBook Pro models. Different years or different sizes of MacBook models are not guaranteed to be interchangeable. Even if they are both 13-inch or 15-inch models, the case dimensions and port positions may still be different.

A: No, when installed correctly. The case is designed with precise cutouts for easy access to everyday ports, buttons, and functions. Since port positions vary by model, please make sure you select the correct model to avoid misaligned cutouts or blocked ports.

Q7: What is the purpose of the sealed bottom design?
A: Apart from the regular port cutouts, the bottom of the case uses a sealed design to help prevent dust, debris, or foreign objects from entering the bottom area of the MacBook, improving everyday protection.

Returns and exchanges will be handled according to THE HOOD’s return and exchange policy.
