All products purchased from The Hood’s official website are covered by The Hood’s warranty service, allowing customers to apply for one-time free exchange within 180/365 days from the order effective date if the product is damaged or has quality issues.

Eligibility for Warranty Service
  1. The warranty service applies to product damage or functional issues under normal use.
  2. Exchanges are limited to the same product specifications, including style, pattern, color, and model. If the product is discontinued, an equivalent replacement or alternative compensation will be provided.
  3. To apply for an exchange, customers must provide the original order number and proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, payment receipt screenshot).

180-Day Warranty Service

  • Applicable for Mirror Case,Hybrid Plus,Hybrid Z Case With Magnetic、Clear Case (With Front Screen and Hinge Protector).
  • If the product is damaged or has quality issues, customers can apply for one-time free exchange within 180 days from the order effective date.

365-Day Warranty Service

  • Applicable for Golden Case, Tablet Cover, iPad Cover, and MacBook Case.
  • If the product is damaged or has quality issues, customers can apply for one-time free exchange within 365 days from the order effective date.
Coverage of the Warranty Service
  1. The warranty service applies only to phone cases, tablet or iPad cases, and MacBook cases. Other electronic products, such as power banks and wireless chargers, will be covered according to the warranty terms stated on the original product packaging.
  2. Products NOT covered by the warranty service include screen protectors, camera lens protectors, rhinestone lens rings, AirPods cases, phone lanyards, Apple Watch bands and other accessory products, and sale, clearance, and promotional-priced items.
  3. Made-to-Order, DIY, and personalized items are final sale and not covered by this warranty policy.
  4. The warranty service does not cover fading of printed designs, natural wear and tear, product aging from normal use, intentional damage, scratches or defects caused by cleaning with corrosive liquids, or improper use. Loss, theft, or accidental damage are also not covered, and no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted in such cases.
  5. Each product is eligible for a one-time warranty replacement only (if the replaced product is defective, further assistance will be provided).
  6. Products purchased using The Hood employee discounts are not covered by this warranty service.
  7. The warranty service applies only to products purchased from The Hood’s official website and other The Hood branded e-commerce platforms. Other products (such as mobile phones or tablets) are not covered.
  8. Products exceeding 365 days from the purchase date are no longer eligible for warranty exchange.
Warranty Exchange Process
  1. Contact customer service and provide the order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the product issue.
  2. Once the request is approved, a confirmation email will be sent. The customer must return the item to the designated address, and the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
  3. If the product issue meets the warranty conditions, The Hood will cover the exchange shipping cost and resend the product using an economy shipping method.
