We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are normally dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Made-to-order, DIY, personalized, or pre-order items may require additional processing time.
Shipping Destinations & Delivery Time
- Hong Kong: Usually 1–2 business days after dispatch. Available Hong Kong delivery methods include SF Express, JD Express, SF Store, and SF Locker. A suitable courier will be arranged based on the order details, delivery address, and actual shipping conditions.
- International Standard Shipping: Usually 7–20 business days after dispatch.
- International Express Shipping: Usually 3–6 business days after dispatch.
International delivery is available by Standard Shipping or Express Shipping. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs clearance, public holidays, and other external factors.
Shipping Fees
- Free shipping: Available for orders over HKD545 / USD70.
- Hong Kong delivery: Starts from HKD10.
- International shipping: Cost depends on order weight and destination, with Standard Shipping starting from USD5.
Order Changes
If you need to change your order, please email enquiry@thehoodproduction.com within 24 hours after placing your order. Once an order has been processed, personalized, or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

Q6: Will the case cause my phone to overheat?
A: Under normal daily use, the case itself should not cause overheating. Heavy gaming, video recording, fast charging, or use in a hot environment may cause the phone to become warmer. If this happens, we recommend pausing use or removing the case temporarily.
Q7: Will the print or design fade?
A: THE HOOD uses suitable printing and surface treatment methods according to different materials. To keep the product in good condition, please avoid long-term friction with keys, sharp objects, or rough surfaces.
Q8: Can I personalize this product?
A: Selected products support personalization, including photos, names, text, or custom designs. If personalization is available, the product page will show the relevant upload or input options.
Q9: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Please contact us within 12 hours after placing your order. Once an order has been processed, personalized, or dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
