This program is designed to give replaced phone cases a more responsible next step. Through proper recycling and handling, we aim to create a more sustainable way to upgrade—so refreshing your phone can feel just as good as it looks.

1 : Customers must first contact The Hood via Facebook or Instagram Direct Message to confirm shipping details before sending their phone case(s) for recycling. A unique redemption code will be issued after verification.
2 : Customers may send any phone case, regardless of brand or purchase source, to participate in this campaign.
For identification purposes, customers must clearly include their name, contact phone number and email inside the recycling parcel. If a parcel is received without sufficient identification, The Hood may be unable to verify the sender, and the phone case(s) will be directly processed for recycling without eligibility for the promotion.
3 : Once the returned phone case(s) are received and verified as eligible for this campaign, The Hood will provide a unique discount code entitling the customer to 40% OFF the purchase of a new phone case.
4 : Each recycled phone case entitles the customer to 40% OFF one (1) new phone case.
A maximum of two (2) phone cases may be recycled per customer, allowing up to 40% OFF two (2) new phone cases.
5 : Shipping costs for sending the phone case(s) to The Hood for recycling shall be borne by the customer.
Customers may choose to send the items via standard mail or courier service at their discretion.
6 : This promotion is valid for phone cases only and is not applicable to other products.
7 : Each customer may participate in this campaign once only.
8 : This promotion is valid until 5th February, 2026.
9 : The Hood reserves the right to verify eligibility, reject invalid submissions, and amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
