6. How can I make changes to my order?

Use an alcohol free disinfectant wipe to gently clean you case. Also, you can create a gentle cleaning solution with a mixture of warm water and mild soap. Take a soft clean cloth and wet it in your soap mixture.

Clean the case or other accessory with the cloth but remember to avoid the ports on your devices. After cleaning the product, use a dry microfiber cloth to absorb any extra droplets.

If you would like to place your case into the UV Sanitizing Box for sterilization, please remember to follow the safety instructions of the UV Sanitizing Box and do not overexpose to the ultraviolet light that may be harmful to your eyes and skin.

Reminder: Do not clean your products with any organic solvents such as the alcohol and bleach especially the printings. The colour may fade from your favourite garments (such as the denim jeans) onto the products caused by the frictions especially the light-colored cases.
