1. Copyright of each cooperated illustrator will be in 1 year basis from the date of sign. All Artworks submitted with The Hood Biz Member accounts are subject to approval before being published for sale by the Company on the Website. The approval process usually takes 3-5 business days from the submission date of the Artwork.

2. Please note that only shortlisted applicants will receive our response. Please consider your application unsuccessful if you do not hear from us within 4 weeks after you submit your application.

3. Copyright of the artworks from each shortlisted applicant will be in 1 year basis from the date of this application is approved.

4. The Hood reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the offers at any time without prior notice.

5. By submitting this application, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions contained on the website.

6. In case of any dispute, the decision of The Hood shall be final.
