Shipping Destinations & Delivery Time
- Hong Kong: Usually 1–2 business days after dispatch. Available Hong Kong delivery methods include SF Express, JD Express, SF Store, and SF Locker. A suitable courier will be arranged based on the order details, delivery address, and actual shipping conditions.
- International Standard Shipping: Usually 7–20 business days after dispatch.
- International Express Shipping: Usually 3–6 business days after dispatch.
International delivery is available by Standard Shipping or Express Shipping. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs clearance, public holidays, and other external factors.

A: Under normal daily use, the case itself should not cause overheating. Heavy gaming, video recording, fast charging, or use in a hot environment may cause the phone to become warmer. If this happens, we recommend pausing use or removing the case temporarily.
